Santa Barbara Tea Party Rally - 04 April 2009.
The SB News-Press newspaper stated that the number of protestors in the rally was about 300, but this video suggests a much higher number.Police officers and other experienced persons estimated the number of marchers to be over a thousand, but then other officials, some of whom are paid by Measure D Taxes or other public funds, downgraded the numbers to hundreds.
