Your 18 years of Measure D Tax Dollars were spent on these roads?
How many years does it to repair roads? It seems that whenever an election is near, the roads are patched and sealed with Measure D signs everywhere. However the new pavement that took over half a year to complete on Hollister Avenue West of Storke road is settling so much, and is so bumpy, that the vehicle impact loading will mean potholes will return soon after the election. Bicyclists end up on side streets, running the stop signs through the neighborhoods.
This is after 18 years of Measure D Taxes!
